Univ. of Central Missouri?

A Dad has asked me about them since we live in MO.

I know they are currently ranked #2 in D2 and seem to always be in the hunt for College World Series.

Anyone know more about their Coaches, facilities, etc?

I know their former Coach is now Head Coach at St Louis U.

Don't know much about Coach Meyers other than what is in his bio.

Any former players/parents that can chime in?

Any help is appreciated.

Son played there against them his first two years in college. Field/stadium are nice. They have a building just down the third/left fence with indoor cages and pitching lanes. I wasn't in it, obviously, but I think it also serves as clubhouse, may be mistaken there. Driving around campus seems like a nice setting for a school, good sized football stadium as well.

Obviously, they have had success there, and continue to. One summer league teammate of his had gone there one year, and left. I think that was more an indication of how much is expected from the players at a top program, and his interests were too varied for that level of commitment.

From what I have seen, IF the school and the baseball both fit, I think it would be a good place.
