Hartford basketball has made it to the "Big Dance" before.
With 5,000+ undergrads, I expect them to be very competitive in D3 baseball.
THis was known for a while. I know at least 1 kid that was committed there then de-committed. My son is playing them tomorrow in their mid-week game.

They should be crushing it with that student population and move to D3.
I suspected this was part of a larger transformation, and I was correct. They are attempting to reinvent the school with a 5-year plan. Interesting.

There are six other D1 programs in Connecticut. Only one, Yale is an academic outlier.
They will likely be a formidable D3 team at least in the near future
