Go to their site and they should have addresses or email adresses.
If you live in FL, there is a good chance that if you are very good, they will be interested.
My son's dream school all of his life was UM. I suggest that you visit the school, and attend some games.

They recruited my son (he attended their camp) but did not make him an offer. Unless you are a great deal better than the kids from the South Florida area they will get the offers. The South Beach/Miami, FL area is wide open and unless a kid is very mature the opportunity to get into alot of trouble is everywhere & difficult avoid.
