Anything to update on this? I found a pretty good BP rotation this year that the kids really liked. Definitely brought some energy to practice.
Always looking for new ideas if you've got anything good to share.
Wish I had seen this thread last year. I'll use some of this for the next seasonl.
Our kids loved the three team drill. 3 teams equally split. infield, outfield, hitting rotating. coach live pitch 3 outs then rotate. keep score. to integrate conditioning, as soon as 1 team had 3 outs, you get 10 seconds to get to your new position, and batters ready. If defense or batter isnt ready then pitch is coming anyways.
Most of our practices ended up with the sac fly competitition. Runner at third. fielder in left field. catcher at home plate. Mano a mano, throw at home vs runner, who wins. A very machisimo competition
