Update on Navarro JC Injured

Thank you so much for thinking and praying for our team. Chris is back on campus, attending classes and is progressing well despite the cumbersome use of crutches. Elijah is still at Baylor. He is very anxious to be released; however, he is progressing with physical therapy.

This response is a thank you to all the websters that have been praying for Navarro JC players injured in the Feb. 9 accident. Chris Gonzales and Elijah Coppock were in critical condition for so long. Chris suffered a tear to his heart muscle, but is back on campus. Elijah nearly lost a leg, his recover will take some time.

It's truly a miracle these boys survived.

That's great news, Susan....and thanks for the update. We're less than an hour away from Corsicana and have had a special interest in this tragedy since this hit so close to home for us. Please continue to keep us updated on these boys' recoveries.
