do you honestly think mtsu could even step on the same field as UT? think about it... UT has whipped up on miss. st. in starkville and came damn close to taking the series at miami. Marinate on that... Omaha dont talk yea c'mon
As I said before the Start of the Season -- The Vols will be a serious contender this year. I certainly do not look forward to Vandy's trip to KTown. I think they beat me 20-2 in 1970 -- ouch -- hate to be reminded of that -- but these things happen to all Teams from time to time. Wish them the best against the Tigers.

Actually I am somewhat OK (a lot better if we sweep Georgia) -- but as my Good Friend says "All Politics are local" and Coach Delemonico has never been anything but kind and gracious to me and my kid -- so I hope he is #1 when we come a 'callin on May 7. Good for Tennessee Baseball is good for all of us.

I hope your Vols keep up the good work this season. Sweeping Miss. State in Starkville was some feat. The crowds they send to the ball park have got to be seen first hand to believe.
I think Rod may have a good mix of Tennessee boys and out of stater's. You have to find pitchers, catchers, and power hitters anywhere you can but I still say there are some very talented Tennessee boys who would make good Tennessee college players. Look at what Derek Tharpe and Eli Iorg are doing for the Vols.
PS: We really would like to play you. I saw where you beat Lipsomb 12-4 and we beat them 10-7. I think it would be fun!
Remember you beat us 2-1 last time in the NCAA Regionals. Remember Wyatt Allen beaned our two top hitters and they both had to leave the game. Chris Burke accounted for both UT runs.
