UT employment policies???

This question is for all with legal knowledge.

The TN website says that "UT is an EEO/AA/Title VI/Title IX/Section 504/ADA/ADEA institution
in the provision of its education and employment programs and services." I looked at the information for job openings, (Link: Staff Positions)

The site has two assistant coach openings (both for women sports) and I didn't see one for the assistant baseball coach opening. Is it required to post this opening before filling the position????

I found something for us:
LABORER-Care of Grounds- Pay Grade 30, $6.74 hr. Regular, F/T High school diploma. Raking leaves, mowing lawns and other unskilled duties as required. (2 Positions)

It says two positions... looks like one of us could be boss.
