Does anyone have up-to-date information on the summer Valley League in Virginia? My son played in the Appy League last summer so wondering how they compare and the level of competition? Thanks!

Valley league is legit. My son was a pitching coach for one summer and one of our members (hokieone) is a GM of one of the teams.

He could - this was presented as an opportunity by a coach and I was curious about the league. The Appy League was a great experience and well run.
My son played in the Valley league last summer and it is legit for sure. PM me and we can talk more!
