For those nutritional experts on the board, what's your opinion on veleeta cheese? I eat a lot of this stuff at work, as it's the only thing with marginal amounts of protein and calories that can fill me up for a shift.

UpstateNY2008,
I am not sure what your goal is, but I think it is to gain weight (muscle weight in particular). A good way to get a sufficient amount of calories and protien I would suggest drinking a Weight Gainer with a sandwich and a piece of fruit.
I would suggest the Serious Mass weight gainer from Optimum Nutrition. It is cheap, it works, and best of all...it tastes awesome!(I recommend the chocolate flavor).
This is only a suggestion... it has worked very well for me!
Hope this helps,
B-Rod

Most "potato" bread is yellow colored white bread. I know of one that has some fiber listed and it should be ok - it's the one with the buttery flavor.
What's wrong with 100% whole wheat bread? You can get used to the taste and I think that it has much more flavor than other breads.
