Last time I was in Nevada I took a little bit of video of my brother Jared behind the plate before it started raining. Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot to see. The pitcher was throwing a lot of strikes and there weren't any runners on during any of the video of the first couple innings. Like I said, not much to see. Tell me what you think of his stance and posture, as well as pitch framing and anything else you can think of, but please do it politely.
Also, what other angles should shoot my film from? Should it be from the same angle, but on his throwing hand side? Anywhere else? What do you think is best? I'll be shooting more film this weekend.
In the one at-bat I filmed he did not beat out the throw, he reached on an error by the firstbaseman.
