Great bat speed for 9 years old! What kind of balls is he hitting (pingpong)?



Golf ball wiffle balls.Don't hurt as bad when I get hit with them. Eek and it builds better hand eye coordination than the bigger ones.I have some with holes and some without and have him tell me which ones I pitched him,he is right everytime.

I like to pitch him 2 every now and then,he usually hits one.



bd,I am just referring to the timing,not how it is achieved,(don't want that debate started here) hips should be before the hands or the shoulders.The kids are in unison.
