Volunteer Coaches (College)

For those that know.. what is the normal timeline for volunteer coaches to migrate to paid status? Just curious because I see some return to the school each year. I understand a lot of these coaches are paid through camps, etc.

Bum,
Infielddad's son and Coach Merc's son are both volunteer coaches. You might want to contact either one fo them.
