Everyone has a different approach to warming up and warming down after a game. From stretch and throw to almost a dance sequence the very specific throwing sequence. From just talking and going home to 10 poles and go home.

I am wanting to reevaluate this approach to the game to find out just what is the best warm up and cool down routine before a game and practice. Do you do something different for each. So I am asking what do yall do as a team. For game and for practice. Can you be specific.

This is not the pregame infield and outfield routine.
