What specifically do you do during your warm up throwing?

We:
4-5 Throws from one knee 15ft-emphasizing the follow through.
4-5 From one knee to end standing-emph. curling the post leg up, follow thru.
4-5 throws standing in power position- emph ball behind hand, post leg, follow thru
10-60ft "step-T-throw" (normal catch) emph all of previous
4-5 At 20-30 ft intervals throws short (90ft) to long (200ft+) to short (90ft) again.
30 seconds Quick toss
10 perfect form again (quick toss tends to get sloppy)
4-5 underhand at 15-20ft
4-5 darts at 15-20ft

This gets down to about 15 min of catch once they get it down. I use this routine before games and before practices.

is this for a pitcher before a game, or for the whole team before a practice/game? for pitchers before a game, they run 2-4 poles just to break a sweat and get their legs loose. then, we short toss 60ft for a 1 min. 90 ft. for a min., 120 for 1 min., then long toss at 150-180ft for 2 min. then we bring them back in to 90 ft and put something on it for a 1 min. then we head to the pen. out of the pen, we start with the catcher @ 50 ft. this helps get control down and mechanics. then we back up. depending on the pitcher, we start getting loose at a time that will allow the pitcher a short rest before taking the field.
We use tubing. We use it before practice and games. Our trainer has a regiment that the pitchers do. Also, we do "arm care" and my pitchers are doing this during lunch each day. One just went as I began to respond here. We do both the stretches and then the workout. Note, we also do the workout from slanted boards.
Our kids are mostly multiple position players Pitchers included. Most infield positions have some play that is an underhand toss. P to 1B, 1B to P, 6-4,4-6,5-2 (squeeze) , P to 2, about the only one is the catcher that doesn't, maybe on a close pb.

Why WE do it everyday is because of one too many sailing over a receivers head, and too many lolly pops. Now, 4-5 a day takes less than 1 min and we have far less problems.
