i am a 12 year old pitcher, not the biggest guy ever, but i am hitting 65MPH now. I was wondering if it is ok to do minor work with weights. If so what exercises should i do?
I'd say just with your own body weight.. but I'm no specialist so.. with minor weights? I'd guess that'd be okay.. but with heavier weights I wouldn't be so sure because I believe it could stop some growth plates from forming completely or something along those lines
