My pitching coach says i lack a good weight transfer. He calls it "hitting the wall".Instead, i am spinning around with my back side and am not shifting my weight from my back side leg to my front side leg. Do you think i am rushing? Or i am not keeping my weight back long enough?
It's kind of hard because non of you seen me pitch
