The problem with this kind of stuff is you can't prove its true or not. I think everyone has to use their own judgement and decide for themselves what works. My son has been using the Driveline program somewhat for three years after an injury and swears by it. Whether it's the program or it's mental I don't care he thinks it works and that is fine by me. BTW he's 21 so it's his choice. I personally wouldn't have my kid throw weighted balls or lift weights until he is at least shaving.

The article is fear mongering. He badly misuses his sources to go way beyond what they actually can logically support. He also bases most of his "conclusions" on a study that hasn't been published or released yet and was based on a WB program that was absolutley brutal, throwing run-and-guns 3x per week with WB's as heavy as TWO pounds. Actually, don't get me started. he and I have been going at it for four months now and he retweets this article every couple of days.
