Ron Wolforth's "Combat Pitcher" is one of the best conditioning programs for pitchers on the market. It includes weighted ball drills (and soooo much more) well worth the $.

I use many different parts of the Combat program with my HS team. My pitchers work with 14 oz. Balls, then 7 oz. and finally regular weight. We throw no more than 6 to 8 feet from a net or wall. After the first few drills we use only the 7 oz. And regular weight. 14 can be too heavy when throwing all out.
We use the Combat Pitcher weighted ball system. We just spent 3 weeks using the program with 6 pitchers. We had done the Jaeger long toss program leading up for around 4weeks. We velocity tested all 28 kids in the class prior to this 6 week total program and tested again Monday. 26 of 28 kids made improvement( 2 who didn't were either in ISS or injured for a time.). 24 made at least 2mph improvement. We had 5 gain 5mph..We threw the entire fall so it wasn't like we hadn't picked up a ball. Every arm was already in shape. We will do it for 4 more weeks . Weighted balls Tuesdays and Thursdays. We had no 90mph guys yet this season though we had 3 last year who all went D 1..Hopefully we will have someone hit it. 3 at 87.
