I had this happen today. Strangest thing I saw. Pitcher started with the ball in his hand, went to the glove, then out of his glove during his windup, I called illegal pitch. My partner questioned me after the game, he said it was ok, because no one had an unfair advantage. My response was once he comes out of the glove, he has to pitch or throw to a base. The batter is expecting the pitch and his double move would throw the batters timing off. I know I'm right. Thoughts???

Byrd I think...I know that his Pro ball and you may be talking HS with different rules, but thought I would bring it up as a point of reference.

You can still pump twice in FED.
