My son and I visited and toured WNEC(on a 3 school visit)just about this time last year. We met briefly with coach LeBranche and was invited to watch practice. The meeting was fairly short and sweet with the usual q and A. I did not really get the feeling he took my son seriously, but then again my son did not have a playing resume to speak of. I do not recall the number(and I do remember counting)but there were a real lot of players at the practice. We stayed for a portion of practice and left to attend another college visit. I found the campus layout and architecture to be very appealing and intimate and the athletic fields and facilities were modern and top notch. ( I could almost envision myself attending this school).
They also offer a guide on their website were you can estimate academic financial aid based on you SAT and GPA. Of course being a D3 program there is no athletic scholarship
WNEU is a great school and the baseball program has been one of the best in New England for D3 in the past few years. Last year they won the NE Regional and went to the World Series.Coach LeBranche is a quality guy that wins and wins. Great facility to boot. I think in terms of roster size it is the norm of 25-32 players though I am unsure of how many travel/dress.
