I concentrate on the main four, in my opinion, throw, hit, run, and lift. Hit just about 5 days a week for like 20-30 minutes (most of the time just flips or off the tee just to work on mechanics) Throw about 3 days, I spend most my time doing long toss, running everyday just ten 60 yard all out sprints help, and lift three times a week, doin just about everything but not anything that will tighten up your chest or shoulders like military press, bench press, or butterflies.
