Here is what I've looked at so far, but I'm new at this and would welcome any ideas. I just got elected to the Facilities Director for my local little league and am getting up to speed on things. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Depending on what you want or need, before going on-line and paying retail, beat the local bushes for help. You may be pleasantly surprised. Golf courses almost always have equipment they’re getting rid of, or will assist in purchasing something for you through their own distributors. And if you get really lucky, you’ll find a maintenance superintendent or a board member with kids or grandkids who play ball, and you’ll be amazed at what they’ll be more than happy to donate.
You may also consider finding out who the most reputable local team dealer is. It's good to have someone who knows the local landscape, someone you can talk to when problems arise, someone to deliver at-once needs, handle returns, show physical samples, communicate early-order specials, etc.
Keep them honest with multiple quotes from time to time. And, yes, there will be times when you may buy online because local dealer isn't open with every manufacturer and can't provide ALL needs.
