Excluding my Lord, my wife, and my sons, all being beyond addiction to the point of whatever is higher than that, and not needing to be sickeningly sweet as my wife refuses to touch a computer, much less read this web site, my number 1 addiction is......
(drum roll please)
....the house wine of the South......
SWEET TEA !!!!!!!!
I don't believe that your kids (even when one currently has my first grandson in the oven) can be an addiction.
So I'll go with
2. Golf
3. Chasin' the ladies (it would be higher, but I'm much more successful at golf. LOL!)

If you ask my crew I'm addicted to everything.
But of course, there are way too many things out there to pick.
Family, genealogy, writing, scrapbooks, flowers etc etc. etc.

hokieone - One of the first things my transplanted son did when arriving to college in Illinois was look for a place that could provide him with his sweet tea. He found it and it comes in BIG mugs - might have been the moment he knew he would fit in there!
My biggest addiction like most is my kids. Next would be my love for learning the new advances in computer technology.
Chicks,
My stars, that computer technology addiction might be more expensive than a trophy bride!

Watching a sunrise melt the Seirra's into intense waves of deep purple (waxing Fungo-esque)
Kid's sports-- I'm totally turned off by the professional product
(MnMom, I'm a peaceful guy....there's just too much violins in this world)

When our son was young, the baby bed was in one corner of our bedroom (this was my husband' first and only son) and his golf clubs were in the other corner of the room (after the first set was stolen out of the garage), I have always been afraid to ask where I stood in this group.
Moosie, I've been away for awhile (we had to go play in a BASEBALL tournament in SoCal) and I didn't see your Elmer Fudd post until now. I about fell off my chair laughing, that was great! THANK YOU!
OK, I'll promise NO MOOSE HUNTING this year! Can I still go elk hunting? Maybe this needs to go on that other thread about summer ball vs. lessons. BBScout and Coachric seem to have opened season on each other. If only they'd read this thread...they'd know the real reason I suggested summer ball and private lessons in the fall. That way I can go hunting!

PS, you can't have my picture. Too many other people might want to open season on me
