Right now when I throw I dont feel like Im throwing as hard as I usually do. When I try to throw a hard pitch its like my arm locks up. I think this is mostly becuase I just started throwing about 1-2 months ago. What can I do to loosen my arm up faster.

BTW this usually happens evry year for a little while so its not that RAre

Also I did do winter workouts and stuff like that but I just did not actually throw that much during the winterU Like i said before I usually dont.)

Have you ever been to a doctor to have this checked out?

You should.

It shouldn't take 1-2 months to get into shape for the season and the way you say your arm "locks up" suggests something unusual is going on (like your elbow is hyperextending).
Well, it's simple really... if you don't throw during the offseason, then start throwing, you're likely to feel some soreness, that you're not throwing your hardest.

Why? Well, some of that might be psychological, if you expect not to throw as hard at first (because you said this happens every year) then you probably won't.

Second, you're going from an unconditioned pitching state, so naturally it's going to take some time to be in the conditioned state again.

I don't know why you don't throw during the offseason, but hey, I'm not here to judge (okay I am, but.. meh)
