What do D2 and D3 coaches look for in a firstbaseman??

Same thing D1 coaches look for in a firstbaseman?
from what i have experienced. im not really answering the exact question but.
DII baseball, most all dII baseball players in the south are juco transfers, dII dont go out looking for high school players. they give ther 9 or how ever many scholarships to proven college players.
DIII get alot more kids from high school, but no scholarships. bottom line if your a baseball player you can prolly play dIII somewhere.
in texas juco's are really big, there cheap, you get to play right away, they give scholarships and you can transfer anywhere without losing elegibility.
