What do you think of the all TCIS Team

The TCIS has the the most rediculous way of picking there all district team. Most districts have a meeting with all the head coaches and talk about there players who they think deserve to be on the all district team,Not the TCIS. Coaches send in there ballots and the top 10 vote getters are on the team, regardless of position. How about the bottom tear teams, they face most schools number 3 or 4 pitcher, that pitcher has a good game against them and they think he deserves to be on the team. Other teams throw there number 1 guy he strikes out 15 plus batters they think he is the best thing since slice bread even though he is just an average pithcer. Their were at least 3 players that deserve to be on that team before some others that made it. A coach knows his players better than anyone else and he needs to talk about them with the other coaches. The TCIS needs to think about a change. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION?

TCIS coaches nominate player who they think are worthy of making ALL-TCIS Conference. If the coach of this player in question did not nomiate the player it's a mute point.

Before calling for change at least understand the process.

I think the point that Off to College is making, it has not hurt Michael Vick's success because he was not on his High School All conference Team.

your way off base , this has nothing to do with not making the all TCIS, I'm neither a player or parent of a player. The system that they use is a bad way of doing it. First they should have a meeting with all of the coaches. Example a team may have two players that have equal stats. Player A is all about the team and is a leader, player B is about himself and could care less about the team and has a bad attitude. (you know having an attidude about sacraficing) If the coach is only going to get maybe one of these players on the team I think he would push for the team player. By sending in your picks and not discussing each of your players that you nominated no one knows any of these facts that would make a big differance in the voting. Second who ever heard of picking any kind of all district team and not going by positions? Just my opinion
