Saw this in a spring training game and couldn't figure out how to score it.

Runner on 1st.
Pitcher throws a ball wide and in the dirt. Catcher blocks it. Meanwhile, runner heads to second (wasn't going with the pitch). Catcher makes a perfect throw to second, has the runner by more than a step, but fielder muffs it and runner is safe.

Is it a stolen base? Does the catcher get dinged on his throw out percentage? Or did the runner advance on an error on the infielder? Or something else I'm not thinking of?
