Most youth players do not yet have the physicality to properly swing end loaded bats. Many do it anyway. Many end up with fatal swing flaws from doing so.

The Demarini CF 8 and the Demarini CF Zen in drop 10, 8, and 5 have been the hottest bats to come out in the youth segment in the last 5 years.  Both have a balanced swing profile, not end loaded.  The 2019 Louisville Slugger Meta Prime, considered the hot BBCOR bat is also a balanced swinging bat....not end loaded.

They are hot because of their long composite barrels, big sweet spots and pushing their trampoline effect right up to the maximum allowed by the BPF 1.15 and BBCOR standards.

Soooooo, I come inside from doing yard work and my wife says “some red bat you have alerts for came up on my selling app a couple hours ago”. It was the 2019 Meta 33 for $200. Somebody had already bought it by the time I was able to log on. Ugh

Was your wife being supportive or just cruel and waited to let you know and you missed the opportunity?

Lol, she just didn't understand the importance of me securing that specific bat for my son. She now does! Seriously though, when I told her how much they sell for on sites like ebay she has decided she's going to buy and re-sell them when she sees them come up.
