. . . I remember seeing what I thought was a very interesting article about: the speed of a pitcher's arm is directly related - in fact limited - by the shoulder's and upper back's muscles ability to decellerate/stop the arm. So, if I remember correctly, the article went on to give certain exercises to do to strenghten those specific muscles.

I've been a Steve Ellis e-mail, or from Paul Reddick, or who knows . . . I can't remember, and I didn't save it!

Does anyone remember seeing the article, and if so, pass along it's URL to me?
