WHICH BAT TO USE!

i'm gonna go out for my team next year(9th grade)
i was wonderin if Senior League bats can still be used or if I have to use -3 bats.

by the way, i just turned 14 n i'm 5'4 and 119lb

If you're playing high school ball you have to use a -3. I would suggest using a 31 inch bat this year if you can find one. My son is in 8th grade and almost the same size as you and that's the size bat he has. They also sell -5 bats to help you make the transition.

you have to use -3 I would suggest a 1 piece bat. The flex in the 2 piece. May make you foul alot off. Go with 32/29 0r 33/30 whatevers comfortable.
