Let me get this straight...you are asking about attending a Jr. College either on the east coast, where you live or clear out here in California? I'm a bit confused about why you're interested in Cypress when you have no apparent connection out here. Did I miss something?

I have to be honest with you, I can't think of a time where I've heard of someone 3,000 miles away coming out here to play Jr. College baseball. Cypress is a nice school, but I have to ask what makes you pick them over hundreds of other Jr. Colleges much closer to home, especially when the one in Florida already knows you. If you're a blue chip player, it might make sense to come all the way out here, but why would you? If you're that good, there should be plenty of schools that would love to have you, and that are much closer to home.

Please elaborate.

I have never been out to Cali. so i really dont know what the baseball is like compared to Florida.

Southern California conferences are usually very strong as are the teams that make up the Big 7 Conference. Fresno in the Central area of the state usually has a strong team.

California and Florida produce very comparable strong programs due to the fact that the weather allows them to play all year round.

No problem, just very unusual to see someone who is from the east coast looking at a California juco. What you're trying to do is not easy, as there are plenty of very talented players out here. I was trying to make the point that if you're good enough to make the team as an east coast player, you're probably good enough to play at a higher level than juco. Good luck with it.
i am good enough to play at a higher level than JC obviously if i originally signed with a D1 university out of high school in the early period. but i didnt like it and since i medically redshirted i have no stats to transfer to a different D1 place so i am going to go JC route.
JC baseball has some of the best ball out there. they can compete with a lot of D1's
