I have seen this written: "If a manager feels there is an illegal bat he can request the umpires to check bats." "It is very simple this year, wood or BBCOR or illegal." My question, which specific BBCOR Baseball Bats are illegal for NCAA and NFHS play? In other words; what specific manufactures, models and sizes are as of yesterday 4/27/12 decertified hence illegal for high school play. That answer wood go a long way in clearing up a lot of drama for coaches and parents.

These bats are illegal:

33 inch Marucci CAT 5
33 inch Reebok Vector TLS

All other BBCOR (and wood) bats are good to go.
