Blue team is winning 8-7. Bottom of last inning with two outs. Green team is batting and has runners on 2 and 3. Blue replaces their pitcher. Batter pops up to infield--infielder drops ball for error allowing two runs to score. Who gets the loss-- first blue pitcher or second blue pitcher?

unearned runs - BUT - 1st pitcher gets the loss. They're his runs.

2nd pitcher gets a Blown Save as well

Pitcher A throws 1/3 inning giving up 6 runs. Pitcher B comes in and throws 4 2/3 and gives up 1 run. Pitcher C enters the game in the top of the 6th with the score 7-0, he gives up 5 runs over the 6th and 7th, and the game final is 12-7. Does "A" have enough to get a decision? If not, who gets the loss?

Unless they tied the score at 7 - 7 before he gave up the 5 runs!!

That's a good point. My assumption was that the game was never tied.
