How many innings does the starter have to go in a high school game to get the the win? We had a game where the starter went 3 innings and the reliever went 4. The team went ahead in the top of the 4th and the reliever came into the game in the the bottom.

I believe the starter has to go 4 in a complete game to get the win. May be less if the game ends early due to rain and maybe run rule.
