No-brainer for me.

King Albert has done some HISTORIC things at the plate in first few years in the big-leagues. Striking out an average of only 63.25 times a season, while having a career BA that's 20-points higher than Manny... AMAZING!

Manny is a GREAT-HOF-hitter (Striking out an average of 104.1875 times a season, while having arguably one of the greatest DH-4-hole hitters directly in back of him for 7-seaons - something that Albert has never had.), but is not even close to Albert as an on-field-leader, a fielder, a baserunner, or an overall BASEBALL-player.

Give me Alert EVERYTIME, and twice on Sundays, please.

Yes, that's correct. Their core mechanics (which are from launch to contact) are the same and obviously both very good. It's the before and after that are different. And kids see the stance and start, and the finish more than anything else, and that's what they try and emulate more than anything else.

BTW-To some their core mechanics may seem different, because Manny hits the low pitch very well and frequently, and Albert feasts on high pitches. But the core mechanics are the same, just an adjustment is made based on location.
I still don't understand why pitchers keep challenging Pujols upstairs.

These are not exactly shabby numbers and no one has ever hit over 30 homeruns EVERY year their first 8 years in the league except Pujols. And he does it without striking out a ton.

Yes it does, usually there would be something said about someone else that does something better or they should be doing something this way or that way.IMO,Pujols does EVERYTHING right, not just hitting and Manny is ,well, you know, manny. Wink
