Every game as a pitcher from 7th grade thru junior year ???????
Explain that please
ok he's mainly a pitcher when not on mound he plays another position, dont get me wrong he does have his rest days, but he's not getting his time on the mound like b4 and since a college is interested in him, you would think that the coach would pitch him like he use to
Perhaps the coach now has players that are better than he has
BTW-- how many years can a kid play varsity ball in your state?

they are allowed to play till their 18 and its not the fact that someone else is better as a matter of fact the other pitchers are struggling
my thing is,if he wasnt good enough, then why would the college ask for his game schedule, this college has already seen him pitch at their camp and thats why i cant understand why the coach doesnt pitch him like he use too.You would think that the coach would pitch him more because of that reasson
icare,
College coaches look at a lot of players and it isn't that unusual to ask for a player's schedule.

CADad i'm not saying that it is unusual for a college to ask for a seniors schedule, the point im trying to make is that if this college coach has told you personally he wants to see him on HIS college mound, why would his hs coach not play him as much as he use to.Like i said you would think that his hs coach would put him on the mound more

I have been here a long time I think I can decipher the BS from the real---you have gone from a friend to us
If the kid is not producing the coach wont pitch him regardless of who is coming to see him
What schools have come to see him pitch?
TROLL

TRhit,
Maybe you are soooooooooo wrong. I agree kids should stand on their own two feet, what I am saying is that there is a difference in a kid that is 15 and one that is 17,18,-23. At fifteen years old most kids aren't mature enough to handle all life situations presented to them without some assistance. All I said was that I don't see the problem in a parent asking a simple question if done the right way. I don't mean the parent should get up in the coaches business about everything that goes on...I don't think it is wrong to ask why the coach would move the kid up and then not play him. That is my opinion, and so I don't think I can be wrong like you so bluntly stated. You aren't the know everything guru.

first of all I never ever termed myself a "guru"---you did---
secondly let me ask you this--when does a kid learn to stand on his own if not at 15 for starters--you going to wait until the kid is 25?

Maybe if the coach would have provided constructive feedback in the first place the player wouldn't have to approach the coach?? HMMMMM BTW if you wanted to learn by watching he could have the player watch TV and play in the JV games.

You know I was wondering... could I have your phone number so I can criticize your every move?
If not, then why don't the coaches deserve the same treatment?
