Winter Tournaments in Texas

I am from New Hampshire and out baseball season is considerably shorter than yours down in Texas, I wanted to know if anyone was aware of winter tournaments in Texas. I run the Granite State Baseball Association (www.granitestatebaseball.org) and our Showcase League (www.nhbaseball.org). I would like to explore the idea of bringing out top talent down to Texas either this winter or next winter. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
