Go to your local bookseller and buy Mark Verstegen's book CORE PERFORMANCE. While you're out, pick up a 55-65cm Stability Ball. If you don't already have one, pick up a 25-lb plate weight for good measure. Put it all together, with determination of course, and you'll be a superior athlete come March.
Oh, and don't forget to swing by Taco Ball on your way home!!
