As the off-season nears I'm looking for an off-season work-out program. I know all about weight training, but what else to I need to incorporate into by training program?
Had a 1 hour class with an insane instructor who after each time we did boxing or kicking we did 20 push ups. after an hour or 400 pushups later. Not sure if it will help your baseball skills, but a great workout plus it will improve your social calendar too
