why do you need to be down to 215? Remember that there have been some very successful baseball players that have weighed more than 230!

What do you need to be down to 215 for? In other words, what areas of your performance to you want to improve? Anyone can design a workout to get you to lose 15 pounds but you are looking for a workout to help you perform better and those are 2 different things...

Hey Sloppy, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner on this... Check out the runnng tips that I left in the "Conditioning" post below. Those are the same recommendations I would make for you - high intensity short duration sprints with just enough recovery time to do it again!!!
