I am 13 years old and is 5'5 120 lbs. I am trying to increase my power numbers.Anybody have any ideas for a specific workout regimen (number of reps) for bodyweight exercises only?? (Not allowed to lift weights yet)
Focus on mastering the fundamental body weight movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, animal movements, sprints, and jumps. Focus on doing quality reps then progress from there. Make sure you hydrate, sleep, and focus on mobility and flexibility. Remember this is a strength and power sport so the goal to build athleticism.
