Worth and Rawlings catcher mitts

I just learned that Rawlings and Worth are both divisions of the same company and have been since 2003. I am considering purchasing a Worth Ranger catcher mitt from an internet site for a pretty good price. There are claims it is similar to Rawlings Heart of the Hide mitts. Anyone have experience with the Worth Ranger or know if such claims are true? I can go to a local store and look at the Rawlings but Worth is hard to find around here.
