Hello all,

I posted awhile back about working on an explosive workout for pitchers. Well I also just wanted to have you weigh in on the following link. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw69.htm

There should be three workouts there. Which do you think would be most beneficial for a pitcher? Are there any places on any of the three workouts where you think someone is just flat out wrong or suggesting something that isn't right? Pretty much just let me hear your thoughts. Thanks
