I've heard that training and taking BP with wooden bats will force you to be more precise with your contact, which will make you a better hitter with aluminum. Because of hearing this, I've been looking into purchasing a wooden bat for the first time. Which is the most durable type? Someone told me bamboo, but I thought I would get more opinions first.
