If your kid has ability...it's the best event of the year as far as I'm concerned. The most talent on baseball fields I've ever seen and the visibility is second to none. I'd recommend finding an established team to play on if you can but if not, I know in the past PG has had teams that individuals could sign up and play on. I do believe they screen registrations to make sure your kid can compete at this level but if you can go, GO! Good Luck !
PGStaff,

But you're not disputing my comment are you? I wasn't telling the stud '09 players to stay home. I didn't think I needed to add the disclaimer, "go only if you can play". Big Grin I assumed that the 08's that go are legitimate......while understanding that this isn't always the case. Let me rephrase --- if you're a strong '09 and you can go with a good team that is primarily '08 -- the exposure is great.
