2020 RHP wrapped up his first college season yesterday. Team was predicted to win their conference, but did not.
I think he was very fortunate. Didn't really have a fall and one shutdown in the spring. His team was sr. and grad. heavy but he was given opportunities. Did well out of the pen in his first outing and was given additional chances which he didn't do well in, but has a clear path for next season with all financial commitments still in place.
The upperclassmen definitely helped him adapt to college, and it seemed like the team, parents and coaches were a very tight knit group.
Overall, was a very good experience given the circumstances. He's still 18, and is almost halfway to his undergrad degree (AP and college credits going in).
