I found this while looking for a picture of a pic-a-nic basket. And hey Boo Boo...the Longhorns are doing it too!

I've tried a few of the moves. The Reverse Warrior worked well for me in snagging a packet of pork gravy mix from the top shelf at Food4Less©. Prior to learning yoga I would have pulled a couple of sets of muscles trying to get that packet of porcine powder. Powerfully painful pulled pork pecs prevented!

I know it works for me as I wander the aisles at the grocery store, but what about baseball players? Does yoga work for them? Any players out there with first hand experience?

I'm curious about this trend so could you please help me out...and while you're at it, would you mind reaching that spray can of vegetable oil up there? The generic will do. My Reverse Warrior has its limits. Thanks.

I'm surprised that with today's training advances that we don't see more formalized flexibility and stretching regiments in baseball.

My College boy credits his flexibility and injury free run, thus far, to the years of formalized stretching he experienced during his Martial Arts training as he was growing up...

Anyone who has experienced the range of motion and agility gains that result, would tell you that it helped them in their Sport.
