A general Dynamic warm-up is essential to prepare them for the upcoming skill-based work. This is not only very important for that day and time, but for long-term knee, back and shoulder health. This is often overlooked, but extremely important.

Then, and only then IMO, should cathing specific skill work be done. These drills should be performed for a period of time that allows for proper warm-up and a light sweat, but not causing any fatigue. This varies with each individual.
