Thats-a-balk, in the BBI-MM the Patriots 16 are playing the LH Wildcats in the championship. Looking back to the first round the Patriots beat this team 20-3 and the Wildcats work their way back up to the championship!! Roll Eyes I guess you call that a competitive tournament.
In the Lone Star, Patriots 16 Red will play Dragons 16 in championship. Patriots will have to double dip to win. Good Luck to all!!!
Yes, I am talking abut the 16U BBI vs. Lone Star tourneys. Patriots 16U Red lost today 3-0 to the Dragons in the Lone Star tourney. The Patriots beat LH Wildcats in the championship of the BBI tourney like 22-4 and had also beaten them in the first round of that same tourney 20-3. Just saying I don't think that tournament was very competitive for them to win it, looking at those scores. But the Mustangs, Tigers et. must be playing in other tourneys and not doing AABC this year.
The teams in the 16U AABC MM Lone Star bracket were Team Texas, Badger Baseball, Frozen Ropes Titans Montgomery, Patriots 16 Red, Texas Sports, Dallas Dragons, Dallas Mustangs Hoffpauir, and Dallas Fire Ants.
Jack Sharp was doing the official scorebook and often the clock at all 13 or 14 games at UTD and ran a good tournament. Great guy and was very encouraging to my son.
In the 16U BBI tourney the teams were San Antonio Hackers, Dallas Titans Flanagan, North Texas Wranglers Eason, Dallas Bulldogs, Dallas Redds, Dallas Patriots 16, Lake Highlands Wildcats, Heroes, and Texas Stix 16 White.
Thanks for nameing the teams, 43Momma.

I totally agree with anything and everything positive posted about Jack Sharp. He is a class act. We've been very fortunate to have our son under his tutelage for the past two seasons. Garcia and Rhamey, his assistants, are also great coaches in the Mustang program.

Thanks for taking the time to recognize Coach Sharp's efforts, and continued well wishes to your son!
