sorry I don't have any videos.. just several **** quality pictures. I know it's hard to give an accurate evaluation, but please give me a little advice from what you see. the pictures go from me at launch point/foot plant, going to the ball, contact, then my follow through. thanks
I would say in the second photo, the barrel should be closer to your deltoid (only a few inches away). In the last photo, you should have more flex in your back leg (close to forming an "L").
It is VERY difficult to tell from pictures, but it looks to me as your front arm is already disconnected/barred in the 2nd pic. It also looks like you might have your top hand elbow ahead of your hands in the 2nd pic. I am guessing you are using shoulders too much and not enough hips and therefore your hands are also late. I do like your stance. Looks good. I also agree with the 2 comments from the previous post. Try to get a video on and we can tell you more. Coach W
